Complete energy independence – custom inflatable arch for events

The AirBlock custom inflatable arch has been designed for outdoor events where reliability, fault-free operation and complete control over image are important. Thanks to its constant pressure design, a single air filling is enough to keep the custom inflatable arch stable and aesthetically pleasing throughout the event – without the risk of collapse, the need for re-inflation or noise from the equipment. This solution eliminates the need for a permanent connection to the mains, which means complete energy independence – particularly important where access to power is limited or impossible.

One design, many applications – outdoor inflatable arch with replaceable cover

There are many customisation options. The AirBlock outdoor inflatable arch can be fully printed, allowing key messages and logos to be displayed in a way that immediately catches the eye and sticks in the memory. What’s more, the outer covering can be replaced, so one structure can be used for years.

Customised solutions – custom inflatable arch gates

Three shapes of custom inflatable arch are available: rectangular, polygonal and arched. Each AirBlock custom inflatable arch can be additionally equipped with practical skids, which increase stability and minimise the risk of the structure tipping over in strong winds. Standard sizes range from 3.0 to 8.0 metres, allowing for easy adaptation to most spaces and applications. For non-standard requirements, it is possible to manufacture structures with custom dimensions

Investment in reliability – large inflatable arch made of durable materials

To ensure maximum durability in all conditions, a 300 g/m² polyurethane insert has been used inside large inflatable arch. This solution guarantees reliability and trouble-free operation, regardless of the type of event.

The outer surface is designed of durable 235 g/m² polyester with sublimation printing as standard. The large inflatable arch is also available in a version made of 260 g/m² polyester fabric with a flame retardant certificate – ideal where fire safety requirements are important.

In particularly demanding locations – with intensive outdoor use or in harsh weather conditions – it is possible to use an even more durable material: PVC-coated polyester (360 g/m²), with solvent printing and additional lamination. In addition, the PVC fabric can also be certified as flame retardant.

The result? A proven design that does not disappoint – regardless of weather and temperature. Thanks to the materials used, the AirBlock advertising gate is perfect for urban, mountain and forest environments – both dry and humid.

The AirBlock outdoor inflatable arch can be retrofitted with solutions that increase its functionality, safety and visual impact:

Skids that increase the stability of the structure and minimise the risk of the gate tipping over.
LED lighting mounted inside the structure guarantees excellent visibility after dark, highlighting branding and providing a ‘wow’ effect.
Wooden bases ensure that the gate is firmly anchored on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or paving stones. This is an effective way to eliminate the risk of movement or tilting.
Sand weights bags allow for additional weighting of the structure in outdoor conditions. This ensures that the starting gate remains completely stable in strong winds or on uneven ground.
