FAQ

What can I order from you?: We can fulfil orders for products from our catalogue portfolio most quickly, but if you have your own product or a vision for a new item, we can handle its production, provided the volume requirements are met. View the product catalogue by clicking HERE.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?: We undertake even single projects for individual customers; our clients are not limited to large organisations.
Do you offer regional exclusivity?: Yes – with ongoing cooperation and sufficient turnover, we can designate a region or product range as ‘exclusive’ – set up a local warehouse and redirect enquiries received from that market to our regional partners.
Do you also sell semi-finished products?: Yes – if you have your own production capacity but are missing a particular component or manufacturing process, we can take care of supplying it. We offer services ranging from printing using various techniques, cutting, sewing, metalworking and plastics processing, right through to the assembly of the finished product.
Do you produce ‘private label’ products?: Yes – we can brand the products with your brand as the manufacturer. However, please bear in mind that in this case you will be listed as the entity responsible for the product on the relevant market, with all the legal consequences that entails (certifications, approvals, guarantees, etc.). Naturally, we will assist you in providing the necessary information wherever possible.
Do you offer a graphic design service?: We handle the preparation of print-ready artwork based on the materials you provide. For each product, we provide template files to help your graphic designer position the design elements on the final product.
What printing techniques do you use?: Our machinery includes over a dozen different application devices, from simple screen printing to advanced digital printing in various variants. The choice of printing method depends on the project and the ordered volume. Get in touch and we will select the optimal technique for your needs.
How quickly will I receive a quote for my client?: A quote for one of our standard catalogue products takes a few minutes, provided we have all the necessary information. You will also receive a ‘no-name’ product sheet with the specifications and other materials that you can include in your proposal. If the product is non-standard, we will need 2–3 days.
How long does it take to fulfil an order?: Production takes place entirely in Poland, so we are able to fulfil orders more quickly than Asian companies. Each order is handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the volume, product type and design. We always specify the lead time when providing a quote.
How does the order process work?: Every client has a dedicated account manager who acts as your point of contact within our company. We speak English, German and French – you’ll have no trouble keeping track of your order’s status.
How do the logistics and packaging of an order work?: We offer a comprehensive logistics service to the final destination – for both small and high-volume orders. Products are packed securely to protect them from damage or soiling.
Do the products come with a warranty?: In accordance with the law, the products are covered by a 12-month warranty. We make every effort to minimise the number of complaints, and we deal with any that do arise promptly.
Do you provide technical support for your products?: Yes. Our customer service representatives will explain all aspects relating to design, functionality and installation, and will help you choose the optimal solution tailored to your specific enquiry.
Will I receive marketing support as part of our partnership?: Yes – we provide you with packshot photos, visualisations, examples of completed projects, product sheets, videos and catalogues. You can post these on your website. Every new product is announced via a newsletter, which we can also prepare for you.
